1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jb99 website accessible at jb99.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, features, and services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the jb99 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the jb99 Platform.
• "Funds" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held within a Player's Account for the purpose of placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds, cashback, or other incentive offered by jb99 at its discretion.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" means the identity and age verification procedures applied by jb99 to comply with responsible gaming obligations.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC +6), the time zone used as the reference for all time-sensitive rules on this Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the jb99 Platform is restricted or unlawful under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager on the jb99 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. jb99 will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but the absence of such notification does not affect the binding nature of any amendment.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the jb99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jb99 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered Players, consistent with responsible gaming best practice for the Bangladesh market.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of jb99 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by jb99 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Opening and using an Account does not violate any law, statute, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your country or region of residence.

jb99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Such documentation may include, without limitation, a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of jb99's KYC team may be suspended and any pending withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where jb99 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any Bonuses applied to those Accounts will be forfeited, and winnings generated while using duplicate Accounts may be voided at jb99's sole discretion.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. jb99 bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided during registration or thereafter.

Account registration is available to residents of Bangladesh. Players must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number to complete registration. This number may be used for two-factor authentication and transactional notifications via bKash, Nagad, or other supported payment channels.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jb99 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact jb99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

jb99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jb99 support immediately. jb99 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the jb99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jb99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jb99 applies a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. jb99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds set by jb99's compliance team.

• Players may only withdraw Funds to accounts or mobile numbers registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to the Player's Account within seconds under normal network conditions. Delays caused by the payment provider's systems are outside jb99's control.
• jb99 does not charge deposit fees. Payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full Bonus terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jb99 may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus conditions that apply to all jb99 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money Funds and Bonus Funds in the ratio specified in the promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• jb99 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable suspicion that the Bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional structures.
• Bonuses expire as specified in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.
• jb99 may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the jb99 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport rules, including rules governing cricket markets such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC series, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral matches, are published separately within the Platform's sports betting section.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Market suspensions or price changes after bet confirmation do not affect confirmed bets.
• jb99 reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published in error, including manifest pricing errors that are materially different from the true market price.
• In-play bets are settled on the final result of the relevant event unless the specific market description states otherwise.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time (BST), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits are applied per market and per event and are displayed within the bet slip.
• jb99 may limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual Player at its discretion, without prior notice and without being required to provide a reason.

9 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games and live dealer games available on the jb99 Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and random number generator (RNG) certification. Players are advised to review the individual game rules before placing real-money wagers.

By playing any casino or live dealer game on jb99, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or by physical dealing/spinning processes in live dealer environments, and are not influenced by jb99 or its staff.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be void and your stake returned. Game outcomes recorded prior to a technical failure are final and will be honoured.
• jb99 reserves the right to void any game result where there is credible evidence of software exploitation, collusion between players, or abuse of a casino promotion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game round are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change by the game provider.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jb99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jb99 as a vehicle to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for systematic financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players or jb99 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — including the use of multiple Accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent Bonus wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jb99 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, title, or licence in respect of any intellectual property belonging to jb99 or its licensors.

You may access and view the jb99 Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of jb99.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jb99 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or regulatory action.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit jb99's liability for death, personal injury caused by its negligence, or fraud.

14 Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. jb99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 15 Amendments

Where jb99 deems an amendment to be material, it will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance.

If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. jb99's decisions regarding Account balances, bet settlements, and Bonus eligibility, made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, are final and binding.
